Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and operate a registered business entity within the supported regions.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by the site's registration or loan application forms. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, TEI has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

All loan applications are subject to review and approval by our credit department. Approval is based on various factors including your business performance, transaction history, and credit score. TEI reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
